Indian cuisine offers a wide variety of rice dishes, ranging from the Pullav and Biryani from the North India to a dozen varieties of Bhaat (rice) dishes from the South India. In fact, rice constitutes the staple diet of South Indians who use it with great imagination to cook scores of tasty dishes.

The biryani is an ideal main dish. It can be prepared in advance and heated in an oven when required. The garnishing includes silver leaf, almonds, saffron, cream, cardamoms, and enhances this rich rice and lamb preparation.

Ingredients

Cumin seeds, Coriander, Black Cardamom. Cinnamon, Rock Salt, Funnel, Sugar, Cloves, Black Pepper, Bay leaves, Salt, Ginger, Triphal.
