There are various fish curries to choose from in the Indian cuisine. Each region has its own special fish curry to boast of. There is the rich red fish curry of Bengal, cooked in mustard oil or gently spiced kormas from Punjab. Kerala and other coastal areas like to cook fish in coconut milk with red chillies.
