This is one of the most popular dishes amongst Indians. Though, every region has a somewhat different recipe for cooking tandoori chicken, the basics remain the same.

One of the most important things is that the chicken should be a small one spring chicken and to get that authentic taste and special flavor, it should be cooked in a tandoor (an earthen oven).

Ingredients - Coriander, Chilly, Turdal, Gramdal, Fenugreek, Cumin, Sesame, Mustard, Salt, Salt, Turmeric, Compounded Asafoetida, Black Pepper, Ginger, Ajwain, Triphal, Curry leaves, Coconut, Garlic.
